Why we do what we do?
When I (Zac) worked for Maverick Transporation in 2015, I was constantly looking for places for drivers to park. When I was managing a dedicated operation I saw a potential for the need for more truck parking when our location was running out of space for my drivers to park. We heard of people parking in unsafe places and locations where they weren’t wanted.
In 2020 after purchasing a building for our local remodeling company (Hendricks Remodeling), we were left with 1 acre of extra land. We decided to market it to truck drivers and RV owners. We received an overwhelming response and the first 16 spots filled up fast.
Since the beginning, with only 16 truck parking spots, we have grown to over 85 spots and counting by purchasing the adjacent properties in 2023 and 2024.
Too many truck drivers are stuck having to park in unsafe or unwanted locations. We have rearranged the spots and strived to make the space as safe, secure, and spacious for our loyal truck driver customers.
